Introduction
Online Check-in lets guests provide their details before arrival. You can generate a link from a booking and share it with your guest.
You can configure Online Check-in in the web app. For detailed instructions, see the article Online Check-in configuration.
Instructions
In the bottom menu, go to the Calendar tab and tap the reservation bar.
In the top-right corner of the form, tap the three-dot icon.
Select Online Check-in from the list.
- Tap the Generate link button.
- The link and booking information will appear on the screen. Tap Copy link (1) or Send message (2) to share it with your guest.
- After the guest completes the form, you can see the status and details in the same window.
Deleting Online Check-in
In the "Online Check-in" window, tap Delete.
In the confirmation window, tap the Yes, delete button.
