# Sending an Online Check-in Link

## Introduction

Online Check-in lets guests provide their details before arrival. You can generate a link from a booking and share it with your guest.

## Instructions

- In the bottom menu, go to the **Calendar** tab and tap the reservation bar.

- In the top-right corner of the form, tap the three-dot icon.

- Select **Online Check-in** from the list.

- Tap the **Generate link** button.

- The link and booking information will appear on the screen. Tap **Copy link** (1) or **Send message** (2) to share it with your guest.

- After the guest completes the form, you can see the status and details in the same window.

#### Deleting Online Check-in

- In the "Online Check-in" window, tap **Delete**.

- In the confirmation window, tap the **Yes, delete** button.
