Introduction

Mobi is an AI assistant built into mobile-calendar. You can talk to it like a front desk employee: type or say what you need, and Mobi will respond and help you complete a task in the system. You don’t need to know the menus or look for the right screen; just describe what you need in your own words.

How does Mobi work?

Mobi works as a chat. You can type a request, dictate it using your voice, or attach a photo or file to a message. Mobi understands everyday language, so instead of going through screen after screen, you can write, for example, “change the number of people in the reservation.”

Mobi doesn’t just answer questions; it can also change data in the system, for example in a reservation. It first shows you each change on a card with a description of the operation. The change is saved only after you approve it. If you reject it, nothing changes.

You’re in control of what Mobi does

You decide which operations Mobi can perform on its own. For operations you repeat often, you can select the option that stops Mobi from asking for your approval. You can change these decisions at any time in Mobi’s settings, in the “Mobi Permissions” section. Some operations always require your approval, and this cannot be disabled.

For each operation, you can also check the technical details to see exactly what data Mobi wants to change.

Conversation history

Mobi saves your conversations, so you can return to an earlier matter and continue from where you left off. When you start a new topic, you can open a new conversation.

AI credits

Each response from Mobi uses AI credits. Your subscription includes a pool of credits that is renewed every billing period. If you run out of credits, you can purchase a package. Purchased credits do not expire. You can check your current balance and the date when your pool renews on the Mobi screen.
