Mobi: Purchase Credits

Introduction

Credits are used by the Mobi AI assistant. In the credits window, you can check your available balance and purchase a package. The larger the package you select, the lower the price per credit.

Instructions

Check your credit balance

• In the Mobi Panel, click the percentage indicator next to the assistant’s name.
• A credits window will appear with a summary of your balance and usage.

The screenshot shows the Overview tab in the English version of the app. Here you can find your available credits, the allowance included with your subscription, purchased credits, and the date the allowance renews. Subscription credits are used first, and purchased credits do not expire.

Purchase a credit package

• Click the Buy credits button or the Buy credits tab—in the Polish version of the app, this tab is labeled Buy credits.
• In the Currency field, select the currency for your purchase, such as PLN.
• Compare the available packages and the price per credit.

The screenshot shows these packages: 50 credits for 25 PLN, 100 credits for 45 PLN, 200 credits for 84 PLN, 500 credits for 195 PLN, 1,000 credits for 370 PLN, and 2,000 credits for 700 PLN. The price per credit is shown below the price of each package.

• Click the Purchase button next to the package you want to start the purchase.

Introduction

When the AI credits included in your subscription run out, you can buy an additional credit package. Payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play. Purchased credits do not expire.

Instructions

• In the bottom menu, go to the AI Agent tab.

• In the top-right corner, tap the indicator showing the percentage of credits used.

• The "AI Credits" window will appear. Tap the Purchase credits tab.

• Select a credit package.

• Confirm the payment in the App Store or Google Play window.

• Once payment is complete, the credits will be added to your account. You’ll see them in the Overview tab as purchased credits.
