iCalendar synchronisation gives you the ability to import and export bookings from your mobile-calendar with any online calendar that supports the iCal format. The iCal format is supported by most major industry booking portals. With this solution, the mobile-calendar application offers the possibility of connecting to more than 100 booking portals and PMS systems.

1. Log in to www mobile-calendar.com

2. After logging in, you are in the user panel.

3. On the left side of the screen, you will see an orange menu from which you can select Synchronisations -> iCalendar.

Availability export

1. In the main view of the tab, all our rooms are visible, and a unique link is generated for exporting availability (sending to other portals that support the ical format).

2. If you want to send availability to another portal, such as Airbnb, you need to copy the link and paste it into the destination portal, the link can be pasted in many portals (the number of portals is not limited).

Calendars import

1. To import calendars, click the Import Calendar button and then paste the unique ical link from the external portal, e.g. Airbnb, from which you want to download bookings.

2. Once this is done, bookings from the external portal will appear in the mobile-calendar schedule.

3. For each room, you can import any number of calendars, from multiple portals simultaneously.

4. A room that is synchronised using ical has a special icon on the schedule, as shown in the graphic below.
