The user can add additional services, which can be selected when adding a new booking. The system will automatically calculate the amount for the stay, adding to it the costs connected with additional services (the pricelist must be filled in to ensure correct calculation). Additional services are also used in the online booking system; in order for them to appear during the booking process, they must first be included in the offer in the tab Online booking system.
1. Log in to www mobile-calendar.com
2. After logging in, you are in the user panel.
3. On the left side of the screen you will see an orange menu from which you can select the Finance -> Additional Services tab.
4. To add a new additional service, click on the button Add additional service in the top right corner. The next step is to complete the period, payment type and price. The period can be per day or per stay, the payment type per service or per person. The last element is to give a name and optionally a description of additional service. Additional services can be defined in several language versions.
