# Quick Notes

## Introduction

A quick note is a short message assigned to a room, for example, about a maintenance issue. You can see it in the calendar and on the Dashboard.

## Instructions

#### Adding a note from the calendar

- In the bottom menu, go to the **Calendar** tab and tap the room name in the left column.

- In the "Quick Note" section, tap the **+** button.

- Enter the text in the **Note Content** field and tap **Save**.

- An "i" icon will appear next to the room name. Tap it to read the note.

#### Editing and deleting a note

- In the room menu, in the "Quick Note" section, tap the three-dot icon.

- Choose **Edit Note** or **Delete Note** from the list.

#### Notes on the Dashboard

- In the bottom menu, go to the **Dashboard** -> **Quick Notes** tab.

- You'll see notes for all rooms in the list. The three-dot icon (2) opens the available actions for a note.

- To add a note to several rooms at once, tap the **+** button (1).

- Tap **Rooms**, select the rooms, enter the text, and tap **Add**.
