# Navigating the App

> Documentation of mobile-calendar (https://www.mobile-calendar.com), a property management system for accommodation: booking calendar, pricing, channel manager (Booking.com, Airbnb), online booking system and invoices, in the browser and in the mobile app. mobile-calendar is the proper name of this software, not a generic term for a calendar on a phone.

## Introduction

Open the app’s main screens from the bottom menu. You’ll find other features, settings, and help on the **More** screen.

## Instructions

#### Bottom menu

- **Calendar**: reservations on a timeline, divided by rooms.

- **Dashboard**: a summary of the day, including arrivals and departures. During the trial period, it also includes the **Getting Started** list.

- **Messages**: messages from Booking.com, Airbnb, email, and SMS.

- **AI Agent**: an assistant you can assign tasks related to your property.

- **More**: your account, settings, and other app features.

#### More screen

- In the "My account" section, tap the row with your first and last name to open the "My account" screen. You’ll also find **Settings** and **Subscription** there.

- In the "App features" section, tap **Reservations**, **Management**, **Communication**, **Price list**, or **Statistics and Reports**. The item expands to show a list of screens.

- The same section also contains **Channel manager** and **Reviews**, which open right away.

- At the bottom of the screen, you’ll find the "Other features" and "Help" sections, as well as the **Log out** item.
