# Mobi: Conversation History and Credits

> Documentation of mobile-calendar (https://www.mobile-calendar.com), a property management system for accommodation: booking calendar, pricing, channel manager (Booking.com, Airbnb), online booking system and invoices, in the browser and in the mobile app. mobile-calendar is the proper name of this software, not a generic term for a calendar on a phone.

## Introduction

Mobi saves your conversations, so you can return to them later. Each response uses AI credits, and you can check your balance in the Mobi window.

## Instructions

#### Conversation history

- In the bottom-right corner of the screen, click the **Mobi AI** icon.

- In the top-right corner of the Mobi window, click the **Clock** icon.

- The "Conversation history" list will appear on the screen. You’ll see the date and number of messages for each conversation.

- Click a conversation to open it.

- To go back, click the arrow next to the "Conversation history" name.

#### New conversation

- In the top-right corner of the Mobi window, click the **+** icon.

- Mobi’s start screen, "What shall we take care of today?", will appear.

#### AI credits

- In the Mobi window, click the indicator showing the percentage used next to the Mobi name.

- The "AI credits" window will appear. On the **Overview** tab, you’ll see:

  - **Available credits** and the percentage used,

  - your subscription credit pool, e.g. the **ULTIMATE plan**. The subscription pool is used first,

  - **Purchased** credits, which do not expire,

  - the **Pool renewal** date.

- Click **How much do example tasks cost?** or **How do credits work?** to expand the explanations.

- To buy credits, click the **Buy credits** button or the **Buy credits** tab.

- To have credits topped up automatically, click **Configure** in the "Auto top-up" section or the **Auto top-up** tab.

- Click the **Close** button.

- When your balance runs out, Mobi will ask you to top up your credits.

#### Conversation history

- In the bottom menu, go to the **AI Agent** tab.

- In the top-right corner, tap the **Clock** icon.

- A list called "Conversation history" will appear. Tap a conversation to open it.

#### New conversation

- On Mobi's screen, tap the **+** icon in the top-right corner.

- Mobi's start screen will appear.

#### AI credits

- On Mobi's screen, tap the indicator showing your usage percentage in the top-right corner.

- The "AI credits" window will appear. On the **Overview** tab, you can see your available credits, the credits included in your subscription, purchased credits, and the pool renewal date.

- On the **Buy credits** tab, you can choose a package. Payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play, and purchased credits do not expire.
